All merchandise ordered through our website carries a 30 day money-back guarantee. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we will gladly take back any item in its original condition and refund the purchase price within 30 days. You must email us prior to returning any items in order to receive an RMA Number (please see our Return instructions below). Items returned to us without prior authorization will be refused. Any costs borne by Loving Lotus to ship your original order will be deducted from the refund amount.

Once you receive your order, we kindly ask that you immediately look it over to ensure that everything is correct. All defective items must be brought to our attention within 7 days. We take great care in wrapping and protecting merchandise we ship to you. However, in the unlikely event that it should arrive in damaged condition, you are completely protected. Please contact us as soon as possible with the details, as we only have a limited time to make a claim with the delivery company. A replacement order will then be sent to you free of charge.

We are also happy to handle incorrect orders within 30 days. If you pushed the right buttons and we sent the wrong item, contact us and we will see that the problem is corrected. Even if you made the mistake, we are still happy to trade you for the correct item, but you will be responsible for the shipping. Shipping charges will be refunded only if the return is our error.

Personal care products and accessories that have been opened are non-returnable. This policy is in place for everyone's safety and protection. We appreciate your understanding.

Your Order
All orders will be shipped within 3 to 5 days of receipt. We do all that we can to ship orders out as soon as we receive and process them. Your order should then arrive within 7 to 10 days after being shipped.

Immediately after you place your order, you will receive an order confirmation email. Please retain a copy of the confirmation, as you may need it for future correspondence. Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will then receive a shipment notification email containing a tracking number. You may use the tracking number to locate your package at any time.

We currently accept orders only within the continental United States. We do not ship internationally, nor do we ship to Alaska or Hawaii.

Loving Lotus utilizes UPS (United Parcel Service) to deliver our products to our customers. We ship out all orders using UPS Ground service, which provides prompt, dependable delivery to all destinations in the U.S. This service also allows us to offer you up-to-the-minute tracking information on your order, so you'll be able to locate your package as it moves from our store to your delivery address.

Other shipping options are available at your request. Please let us know when you place your order if you will need expedited or rush shipping.

Due to factors beyond our control, potential delays in delivery of your order may occur. In the event of a problem in the delivery process, we will make every effort to correct the problem. However, we cannot assume responsibility or liability for any damages caused by late, early, and/or untimely deliveries, though we will do everything possible to resolve such a situation.

Sales Tax
All orders shipped within the State of California will be charged a 7.75% sales tax.

We make every effort to maintain our inventory and remove out-of-stock items from our website. On occasion, however, we may have fewer items in stock than what you order. Should this happen, we will ship you what we have and adjust the amount of your purchase accordingly.

If we are temporarily out-of-stock on an item, your order will be placed On Hold. You will then receive email notification that your order is On Hold. Your credit card will NOT be charged until the item is shipped to you.

In any Backorder or On Hold situation, we will communicate and work with you to ensure your complete satisfaction.

Loving Lotus reserves the right to substitute item models, colors, designs, or fabrics whenever these changes represent an equal or better value for our customers. Replacement of an item is subject to item availability. If an exact replacement is not available, replacement will be with a comparable item of at least equal or greater value.

To return an item, please contact us at info@lovinglotus.com to receive an RMA (Returned Merchandise Authorization) Number prior to returning any item. Please indicate your reason for returning the item, which will help us better serve your needs. Items returned to us without prior authorization will be refused.
  1. All merchandise must be in its original packaging and securely wrapped. We reserve the right to refuse any merchandise returned to us in damaged or unsalable condition, so please package any returned merchandise carefully.
  2. Include a copy of the invoice with your return to ensure correct credit will be issued.
  3. Write your RMA Number on the outside of your returning package.
  4. All returns must be shipped prepaid. For your protection, you may want to consider UPS (Insured) or Postal Service (Insured).
  5. Except in cases where the error is our own, please note that we are not responsible for any shipping and handling costs.
  6. Allow 2 to 4 weeks for processing.
